Our Story

Founded in 2001 by Chef Hiroshi Matsuda, Matsushi began as a small neighborhood restaurant with a simple mission: to share the true essence of Japanese cuisine with our local community.

Chef Matsuda, who trained for over 15 years in Tokyo's most prestigious kitchens, brought not just recipes but a philosophy of respect for ingredients, precision in preparation, and hospitality that makes every guest feel like family.
